Job Role: Process Leader
Responsibilities:
1. People Management activities like Managing Shrinkage, leaves, attrition, on floor support to team leaders and associates
2. Act as a coach & mentor for the team to deliver the process objectives.
3. Monitor team performances, compute scorecards and provide feedbacks and fore feeds
4. Manage day to day delivery, planning, forecasting, SLA monitoring
5. Coordinate with CFT’s (Cross function Teams) and get the required support
6. Conduct regular team meeting’s
Team Size: maximum 50 people, supported by 3 TL’s
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Ability to create and present Power Point presentations, good at MS Excel and report generation skills, SOP Management
2. Kaizen Drive, knowledge on Process Excellence, preferable knowledge on YB
3. Excellent written and verbal communication, knowledge on drafting emails
4. People Management skills
5. Good English speaking and articulating skills
6. Ability to adhere to timelines
7. Good Interpersonal relations
Professional Qualification:
* Good understanding on Medical equipment’s
* Should have been in the BPO industry (preferably Healthcare Domain) as TL/PL for at least 3 years
Qualifications :
B.E/B.Tech/MSc./Bsc.(Biotechnology, Biomedical, Microbiology, Biochemistry,MLT)
Salary : 27,000 to 35,000 (P.M)
