Opening for Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to the operations team. Reward performance and recognize behavioral problems in the team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.
Responsibilities:
1.Operate as a vital link between the client and operations
2.Assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
3.Play an important role with Client Manager to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
4.Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
Manage queues/workflow and shift scheduling
5.Check / monitor absenteeism
6.Ensure adherence to security norms including print security and physical access procedures in the team
7.Ensure all members of the team go through security and compliance awareness programs as per policy
Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in client servicing
Salary - 25,000 to 28,000 (P.M)
