Hiring for Voice support ( Call handling profile )
Process : Customer / Technical Support
Required skills for Customer support:
Good in English speaking
Willingness to learn.
Goal Oriented focus.
Ability to handle customers diplomatically.
Required skills for Technical support:
Installing/Configuring computer hardware operating Systems/Applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Troubleshooting System/Network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults.
Good in oral and written communication.
Education qualification:
Any Graduates, Under Graduates, Diploma holders, Candidate with arrears also can apply.
Working days : 5 (2 Days off)
Salary : 15,000 to 18,000 (P.M)
