Job Description - UI Designer
The Design team is primarily responsible for creating engaging experiences for a diverse group of end users.
1. Panels of physicians that take our surveys
2. ZoomRx employees using our enterprise app
3. Current and potential clients.
No two days at ZoomRx are the same. The design team is small and nimble, meaning you will get to flex your creative muscles by working within a number of different domains. This is the perfect opportunity for a UI designer that wants more involvement in the product design process. You must be driven to learn more about UX design, front-end web development, and interaction design.
Role: UI Designer
What
1. Design key components of our 2 core products
-An innovative survey taking platform focused on doctors
-An enterprise app that powers the survey platform and subsequent analysis
2. Design awesome email campaigns that keep our users engaged.
3. Suggest new ideas to increase engagement with our users and improve their ZoomRx experience.
4. Own ideation for a diverse and evolving set of design initiatives.
5. Collaborate with multiple teams to implement your designs.
Who
1. 1-2 years experience in UI design related field.
2. Willingness to learn and expand skills beyond visual design. This includes (but not limited to) front end web development, UX design and interaction design.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
4. Voracious appetite for the latest trends in design and technology.
5. Experience with design reviews and open to constructive criticism as part of the iterative process.
6. Comfortable with experimentation and owning the possibility of failure.

Salary - 400,000 - 700,000 (P.A)
